
Anita’s Simply Delicious and Healthy Roasted Cauliflower and Carrots with Warm Spices
Roasted cauliflowers and carrots is one of my favorite to have either as a healthy side dish or as a main dish next to rice. Well seasoned with warm spices that enhance the sweetness of the vegetables. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets
4 carrots, sliced
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon curcumin
1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 grades Farenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil paper and spray it with olive oil.
- Place cauliflowers and carrots in a large zip-log bag and seasoned with all spices. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss and shake well all vegetables inside bag to coat evenly.
- Place vegetables over prepared sheet pan. Roast for about 35-40 minutes or until cauliflowers florets and carrots are soft and tender. Serve into plate. Enjoy!
