Anita’s Simply Delicious and Healthy Roasted Cauliflower and Carrots with Warm Spices

Roasted cauliflowers and carrots is one of my favorite to have either as a healthy side dish or as a main dish next to rice. Well seasoned with warm spices that enhance the sweetness of the vegetables. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets

4 carrots, sliced

2 Tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon curcumin

1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground

1/3 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 grades Farenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil paper and spray it with olive oil.
  2. Place cauliflowers and carrots in a large zip-log bag and seasoned with all spices. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss and shake well all vegetables inside bag to coat evenly.
  3. Place vegetables over prepared sheet pan. Roast for about 35-40 minutes or until cauliflowers florets and carrots are soft and tender. Serve into plate. Enjoy!
