Anita’s Grilled Peach and Arugula Salad

Ingredients

2 fresh peaches, pitted and cut in half or quarters

1 cup of fresh grapes

4 cups of fresh baby organic arugula, chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper TT (to taste)

2 Tablespoon Sesame oil

1 Tablespoon Rice wine vinegar

2 Tablespoon maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat char-grill
  2. Toss and coat peaches in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Grill peaches for about 4 -5 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Toss Arugula salad with rest of sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  4. Incorporate grapes and pieces of peaches. Mix all ingredients well. Share the Love and enjoy!
