Anita’s Grilled Peach and Arugula Salad
Ingredients
2 fresh peaches, pitted and cut in half or quarters
1 cup of fresh grapes
4 cups of fresh baby organic arugula, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper TT (to taste)
2 Tablespoon Sesame oil
1 Tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
2 Tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
- Pre-heat char-grill
- Toss and coat peaches in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Grill peaches for about 4 -5 minutes until caramelized.
- Toss Arugula salad with rest of sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup and seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Incorporate grapes and pieces of peaches. Mix all ingredients well. Share the Love and enjoy!
