
Anita’s Best Chicken Caesar Pita Wrap
The combination of clean poached or rotisserie chicken, creamy avocado, greens, tomatoes, with a mouthwatering Homemade creamy Caesar Dressing make this wrap an excellent source of delicious and healthy lunch. Spread the love and enjoy!
Ingredients
2-3 chicken breast, poached (See recipe on my site) or rotisserie
4 pita bread
1 cup of fresh lettuce
2 tomatoes, in cubes
1 avocado, diced
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
For the Ceasar dressing (see recipe on my site) under Ceasar salad
Assembling your Delicious Pita Wrap
Place a pita bread on a board. Spread it with few tablespoons of Ceasar Dressing and top with lettuce and diced tomatoes. Lay diced chicken on top with some diced avocados. Add mozzarella cheese. Drizzle with some more of the Ceasar dressing if you prefer. Cut in half and continue with the rest of the pita bread. Enjoy!
