
Anita’s Crunchy and Delicious Stove-top Cheese Crisp-Frico
These Homemade cheese crisps, also known as Frico are very simple to make with only one ingredient, just by using one cheese of your preference. You can make them with Parmesan, Asiago, Mozzarella or Pecorino Romano cheese as I did. They can be shaped and used as a bowl for your salads adding a delicious crunch and also, you can have them alone as a snack. Great for anyone who has a gluten-free, grain-free, keto or low-carb diet. Enjoy!
