Anita’s Healthy and Delicious Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Creamy, and silky layers of nutritious lightly sweetened Vanilla Yogurt with the incredible boost of energy and fiber from the chia seeds soaked in an irresistible combination of ESPRESSO coffee and oat milk . An Italian classic kind of dessert or breakfast without the guilt of the lady fingers, cookies and cream. Share The LOVE!

Ingredients

1 cup of Oat milk

3/4 cup of Vanilla Yogurt

1/4 cup chia seeds

4 teaspoon cocoa powder and 2 tablespoon for dusting the top

2 Tablespoon of honey

1 teaspoon pure Vanilla paste or extract

2 tablespoon of heavy cream whipped with 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt for topping

2 shots of Espresso

Blackberries or any fruit of your choice

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl combine oat milk, espresso, vanilla yogurt, vanilla paste, honey and whisk all together till smooth. Incorporate chia seeds and mix well.
  2. Place into the fridge for 3 hours or preferable over night.
  3. Place into  a container and top with whipped cream of yogurt and dust with cocoa powder.
  4. Place fruits(blackberries) on top. Place into the fridge for 15 minutes. Enjoy and share The LOVE!
