Anita’s Most Delicious and Healthy Cauliflower Crust Pizza

You won’t believe how delicious is this Cauliflower Crust Pizza. No grain, no guilt, and super easy to make. Spread the love and Enjoy!

Ingredients for the Cauliflower Crust

1 head of cauliflower, stem removed and broke into florets

1/2 cup Pecorino Romano cheese, freshly grated

1 cup fresh Mozzarella cheese

1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon basil, dried

1/2 cup Marinara Sauce

2 large eggs, beaten

Salt to taste

Fresh Arugula tossed with fresh lemon juice and extra Virgin Olive Oil, for topping

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 grades Farenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place florets of cauliflower in a large zip-log bag. Place bag into microwave for 2 minutes. Rinse the water out. Dry with paper towel.
  3. Place florets into a processor. Pulse until fine.
  4. Use a bowl, combine cauliflower with pecorino Romano cheese, add oregano, salt, dried basil, beaten eggs, and garlic powder.
  5. Transfer dough mixture into the baking sheet prepared and spread into 10-12 inches circle to make pizza crust using wet  hands.
  6. Bake until golden brown. Spread marinara sauce on the crust, top with mozzarella cheese. Place back into the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  7. Top center with a refreshing Arugula salad. Spread the Love and Enjoy!
