
Anita’s Delightful Churro Nutella Muffins
Chocolaty, nutty, buttery. A perfect delicious churro taste bite that will satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup All-Purpose flour, sifted
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon granulated white sugar
2 eggs
4 Tablespoon brown sugar and 2 Tablespoon white sugar for Muffin tops
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon of cinnamon, ground
4 Tablespoon butter, melted
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup Nutella, hazelnut spread
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 grades Farenheit. Grease with baking spray your muffin pan. Set aside.
- Use a medium bowl and mix together, brown and white sugar, baking powder, flour, baking soda and 1 Tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
- Use another bowl, whisk eggs until pale, add milk and vegetable oil. Incorporate into wet ingredients of step-2 until well combined.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin pan. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Mix brown, white sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside for topping.
- Remove from oven. While still warm, make a small whole in the bottom of each muffin and using a piping bag or a zip-log bag cut in the corner fill bag with Nutella.
- Pipe in each muffin with Nutella. The piece of cake you remove form bottom of muffin you can place it back after filling.
- Dip each muffin top into melted butter and then dip into mix sugars and cinnamon. Spread the Love and Enjoy!
